Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust (deep dish)
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) pkg sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 C lemon juice
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/3 C sugar
- 2 1/2 t cornstarch
- 1/2 water
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 T butter

Pie: In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Top with glaze and chill for three hours.

Glaze: In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water, lemon juice, and egg yolk; mix well. Over medium heat, cook and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
