Ingredients
- 3 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t cream of tartar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 C butter
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 T sugar
- 1 t ground cinnamon
Directions

Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Beat butter for 30 seconds. Add the 2 cups of sugar and beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well combined. Form dough into 1-inch balls, then roll them in cinnamon sugar. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass. Bake in a 375 degree oven until light golden.
