Apple and Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
- 6 medium Granny Smith, peeled n cored
- 300g rhubarb, cut 3cm lengths
- 2/3 cup raw sugar
- 2T cornflour
- --TOPPING
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 120g butter, melted
Directions

preheat oven to 190deg C

thinly slice n chop apple

mix apple, rhubarb, sugar and cornflour till evenly combined

press into 5-6 cup ovenproof dish (pile fruit high as shrinks during cooking)

mix topping ingredients with fork till well combined

cover fruit completely & evenly

bake 50-55min or till crumble is golden brown
