Pancakes

Anna used to get these every Saturday.
OK to substitute milk for buttermilk, or 1 cup Milk 1 cup plain yogurt for buttermilk, but buttermilk is best.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
Directions

Turn on griddle.

Mix dry ingredients

Mix wet ingredients

Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir gently to combine. Don’t stir too much or pancakes get tough.
