Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and cut-up
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1 can (10 3/4) ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Stir chicken, vegetables, and soup in ungreased 2 quart casserole.

  3. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.

  4. Pour over chicken mixture.

  5. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
