Campbell’s Savory Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pouch dry onion soup mix
  • 6 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 6 medium carrots, thickly sliced
  • 1 (3 1/2 to 4 pound) boneless beef chuck roast

Directions

  1. Mix the soup, soup mix, potatoes, and carrots in the Crock-pot slow cooker.

  2. Add the roast and turn to coat.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until done.
