Ingredients
- 4 oz ground turkey
- 1 TBSP shredded pepper jack cheese on 1/2-1 TBSP real bacon bits.
- slice avocado
- slice tomato
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 1 light hamburger bun
Directions

Take ground turkey and make into 4 oz patties.

Split the patties in half and flatten. Add 1-2 TBSP shredded pepper jack cheese on one half. Top with 1/2-1 TBSP real bacon bits. Top with the other 1/2 patty and seal the edges.

Grill or pan fry (in spray evoo) the burgers til done. Serve on whole wheat buns or english muffins w/ lettuce, tomato, and a slice of avocado (if you have the points). Also good (according to my leader) w/ LF or FF ranch instead of ketchup or mayo.
