Enchilada Sauce

Used for Enchiladas, Flautas, make 1/2 recipe for Flautas

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 3 Tb Canola oil
- 2 Tb Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tb Corn Starch
- 2 cups water
Directions

Heat oil, add chili powder & garlic salt.

Add Corn starch & stir. Cook a little – some browning here adds to the flavor.

Add water a little at a time while stirring. Mixture will thicken. Add more or less water for thicker or thinner sauce.
