Killer Bundt Cake

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (18.5oz) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels(or regular)

Directions

  1. Heart oven to 350 degrees,

  2. Batter and flour a 12 cup bundt pan

  3. In small mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat until blended and set aside.

  4. Prepare cake as label directs; fold in chocolate morsels.

  5. Pour chocolate batter into prepared pan; evenly cover with cream cheese mixture.

  6. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 25 minutes.

  7. Remove from pan; cool completely.

  8. *Optional – Spoon cherry pie filling over tip right before serving; refrigerate leftovers.

  9. Serves 12

  10. You can also use this to make Killer Cupcakes. Adjust cooking time. (check box)
