Ingredients
- 400g strawberries
- 25g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Crumble:
- 150g plain flour
- 75g hard marg
- 75g sugar
- 25g oats
Directions

Put strawberries in oven proof dish, sprinkle with caster sugar and balsamic vinegar.

Crumble:

Place flour in large bowl and cut marg into it

Rub together with clean cool hands until resembles breadcrumbs

Mix in sugar.

Evenly spread crumble over strawberries

Cook at 200c for 30-35 mins, until crumble is ightly brown and fruit begins to bubble at sides.
