Refridgerated Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 110g biscuits, crushed
- 30g butter, melted
- 125g philadelphia
- 150g double cream, lightly whipped
- 50g icing sugar
- 1tsp vanilla sugar

Stir butter and biscuits and put in cake tin

Mix vanilla sugar, sugar and philadelphia

fold in cream

spread over base

chill until set
