Ingredients
- 8 large vendace
- 2 handfulls of porridge oats
- 1 orange
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup plain flour
- 50g butter
- sea salt and pepper
Directions

Mix oats and zest of orange

Season with salt and pepper and place in shallow bowl or big plate

lightly beat eggs and pour into same shallow bowl

Dip whole vendace in mixture and then put into hot frying pan with melted butter.

Cook until golden brown on one side and then turn over.
