Easy Breezy Mexicale Ole

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 16 oz can chili beans or black beans
- 1 8 oz jar salsa
- 2 Tbs taco sauce
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups baked unsalted tortilla chips
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (5 medium)
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 4 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce & taco sauce, if desired

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, brown ground beef, and drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, cumin and garlic powder. Heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Place tortilla chips in un-greased cassarole. Top with chicken mixture. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with onions and tomato, then cover with cheese. Bake, uncovered 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of cassarole if desired.
