Campbell’s Chicken and Stuffing Skillet

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 box (6 ounces) Pepperidge Farm One Step Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.

  2. Cook chicken 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done.

  3. Remove chicken.

  4. Prepare stuffing in skillet according to package directions using water and remaining butter except let stand 2 minutes.

  5. Return chicken to pan.

  6. Mix soup and milk.

  7. Pour over chicken.

  8. Sprinkle with cheese.

  9. Cover and heat through.
