Ingredients
- 1 package (8oz) thin rice noodles
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 bag broccoli slaw
- 1 red pepper, thin strips
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Soak noodles in enough warm water to cover for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, heat coconut milk, broccoli slaw, sweet pepper, teriyaki sauce and the salt over medium heat until the broccoli and pepper are heated through. Set aside.

Drain noodles and add to coconut milk-teriyaki sauce in saucepan; reheat as needed.
