Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 fryer chicken, cut up
Directions
- Mix cream of chicken soup and water together until smooth; add onion soup mix, reserve some to sprinkle over chicken, also salt and pepper the chicken to taste. Add rice to soup mixture and mix together. Pour the rice mixture into a greased casserole dish, place the chicken pieces, skin side up, on top of rice. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix and cover. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees then uncover and let brown; about 15 to 20 minutes
