Sunshine in a Cup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cups fresh carrot juice
  • 6 sprigs parsley

Directions

  1. Combine orange juice and carrot juice in a glass pitcher & stir gently.

  2. Chill for an hour or two before serving.

  3. Pour into serving glasses & garnish each with a sprig of parsley.
