Broiled Flounder with Veggies

Ingredients
- Flounder Fillets
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions

Place fish and vegetables in broiler dish

Sprinkle basil, thyme, rosemary, and pepper over fish

Pour lemon juice over ingredients

Broil 10 – 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily
