Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz graham cracker crust
  • 6 oz limeade concentrate
  • 1c heavy cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • Zest of a lime

Directions

  1. Place the condensed milk, limeade concentrate and cream in to the bowl of an electric mixer with the whisk attachment.

  2. Beat until fluffy with soft peaks.

  3. Pour into the pie crust and smooth the top.

  4. Refrigerate until chilled- 4 hours at least

  5. Sprinkle with zest before serving
