Ham and Broccoli-Cheese Pot Pie

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 2 cups ham, cut-up, fully cooked
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
- 2 cans (11 ounces each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 eggs
Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Stir together ham, broccoli, soup, and 1/4 cup milk in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches.

Stir together remaining ingredients until blended.

Pour over ham mixture.

Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Substitution: Two cups of cut-up cooked chicken or turkey would also work well instead of the ham.
