Ham and Broccoli-Cheese Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham, cut-up, fully cooked
  • 1 bag (1 pound) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
  • 2 cans (11 ounces each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Stir together ham, broccoli, soup, and 1/4 cup milk in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches.

  3. Stir together remaining ingredients until blended.

  4. Pour over ham mixture.

  5. Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

  6. Substitution: Two cups of cut-up cooked chicken or turkey would also work well instead of the ham.

  7. Keep this recipe in mind for using up leftovers from the Thanksgiving turkey.
