Roast Beef Hoagies

Ingredients
- 1 4lb roast ( we use elk)
- 1 jar of porcini peppers
Directions

Add peppers, roast and 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low 8 hours. Shred beef and serve on rolls or with grits and bisquits.
