våfflor-waffles

yum. i make them with whole wheat flour (the light swedish kind), and I think they are best on the “5” heat setting. good for 2 for dinner. (with sylt and wipped cream of course). maybe start with grapefruit?

Ingredients
- 100g butter melted and cooled
- 4dl wheat flour (i use whole wheat)
- .5 tsp salt
- 5 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions

mix dry ingredients

add half of milk

add other wet ingredients

1 waffle = .75-1 dl of batter

top with whipped cream, drottning sylt and lingon sylt!
