Lobster-Pesto Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked medium shell macaroni
- 2/3 cup pesto
- 3 Italian pear-shaped tomatoes, cut into eighths
- 1/2 cup small pitted ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 4 ounces spinach, coarsely chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups bite-size pieces cooked seafood Lobster
Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.

Rinse in cold water; drain.

Mix macaroni, pesto, tomatoes, olives, and vinegar in large bowl.

Add spinach and seafood.

Toss.
