yellow cauliflower

the way this recipe is is good, but you can also add some cumin and coriander and then its yummy curry good. just depends what you’re in the mood for.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (spicy, not sweet)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 6-8 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. steam cauliflour

  2. preheat oven to 450

  3. mix everything together

  4. put in baking pan (as much of a single layer as possible).

  5. roast for about 20-25 minutes
