Blueberry Sauce

You can use this for pancakes or cheesecake!

Serves 6 people

Ingredients
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 2 C fresh or frozen & thawed blueberries
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/3 C- 1/2 C water
Directions

In a pan, combine sugar and cornstarch.

Add blueberries, lemon juice , and water.

Cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture is thickened.

May wish to mash berries and increase water to 1/2 C for syrup.

Serve warm or cold. Makes about 2 C. Can change fruit for different syrups.
