Easy Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 1/4 c water
- 1 pkg frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 2 c milk
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheese of choice
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 c shredded carrots
- 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
Directions

Bring water, butter, corn, carrots and onions to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in soup, then milk and cheese. Heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Do not boil. Serve.
