Easy Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 pkg frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cheese of choice
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 c shredded carrots
  • 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup

Directions

  1. Bring water, butter, corn, carrots and onions to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in soup, then milk and cheese. Heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Do not boil. Serve.
