Chocolate Truffle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 60 Hershey's Kisses Brand Chocolate Truffles wrapped in Dark Chocolate
  • 1 package (1 pound 6.5 ounces) original supreme brownie mix with syrup pouch
  • 1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Remove wrappers from truffles.

  2. Place in freezer several hours or overnight.

  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Grease and flour cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

  5. Stir brownie mix, syrup pouch, cocoa, water, oil, and eggs in medium bowl until well blended.

  6. Drop by scant teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.

  7. Bake 8 minutes or until set.

  8. Cool 3 to 4 minutes; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  9. Immediately press frozen truffle into center of each cookie.

  10. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

  11. Cool completely.
