Crockpot Tortilla Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 2-4 chicken breasts, cut into serving pieces
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 1 c. finely diced celery
- 4 cans chicken broth
- 2 14-oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 can whole kernel corn, if desired
- 1 large diced zucchini
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4-6 generous shakes of chili powder
- Garnishes:
- Cheese
- Tortilla chips
- Avocado
- Lime juice
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
Directions

Put cut-up chicken into large crockpot with diced onion, celery, salt, pepper and two cans chicken broth.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours.

Add remaining cans of chicken broth and finely diced carrots to pot.

Continue cooking on high until carrots are tender.

Add several shakes chili powder (at least 4 to 6), stewed tomatoes and zucchini and corn, if desired.
