Fake Samoas

Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers (10 sheets), crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 7 oz coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • Topping:
  • 12 oz chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (more to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix together graham crackers and butter.

  2. Add coconut, sweetened condensed milk.

  3. Form small balls and push the top of the ball down to create cookie shape.

  4. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until the coconut becomes golden brown on the edges.

  5. Meanwhile, combine melted chocolate and peanut butter.

  6. Spoon topping onto cookies and place them in the fridge to harden the chocolate.

  7. Store in air-tight container in the fridge.
