Greek chicken salad

Ingredients

  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Olives
  • Salad veggies (celery, bell pepper, onion)
  • Garlic
  • Greek salad dressing
  • Feta cheese

Directions

  1. Pull meat off of chicken, set leftovers aside for homemade broth.

  2. Dice veggies and chicken into bite size pieces.

  3. Mix all ingredients, gently stir in greek dressing and feta.

  4. Serve on crusty bread with cheese, sprouts or spinach.
