Broccoli-Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Slices of cheese or velveeta

Directions

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter.

  2. Add soup, milk, and broccoli.

  3. Mix well; add cooked rice.

  4. Pour into long baking dish.

  5. Place slices of cheese or velveeta on casserole.

  6. Cover loosely with foil.

  7. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
