Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Slices of cheese or velveeta
Directions

Saute onion and celery in butter.

Add soup, milk, and broccoli.

Mix well; add cooked rice.

Pour into long baking dish.

Place slices of cheese or velveeta on casserole.

Cover loosely with foil.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
