Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts, cut in half
- 8-oz. bottle red Russian dressing
- 10-oz. jar of apricot preserves
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

Place chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.

Mix together all other ingredients and pour over chicken.

Bake at 350 for one hour. Baste chicken occasionally while cooking.

Serve hot with rice and steamed broccoli.
