Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 8-oz. bottle red Russian dressing
  • 10-oz. jar of apricot preserves
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.

  2. Mix together all other ingredients and pour over chicken.

  3. Bake at 350 for one hour. Baste chicken occasionally while cooking.

  4. Serve hot with rice and steamed broccoli.
