Ingredients
- 8 c. cubed and peeled zucchini
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- topping:
- 1 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. oats
- 1 c. flour
- 2/3 c. cold butter or margarine
Directions

Combine zucchini, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into greased 9×13 pan.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over zucchini.

Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
