Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 bay leaves, broken in half
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 lemon wedges (garnish)
Directions

Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Add bay leaves and garlic. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours, rurning several times.

Oil a grill rack and arrange 4-5 inches from heat (or cook on a George Foreman grill on medium heat).

Grill chicken until juices run clear when pierced with a paring knife (4-5 minutes per side or longer).

Squeeze a lemon wedge over each chicken breast before serving.
