Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2" slices
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. orange (or other flavor) sherbet
Directions

Combine brown sugar, juices, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth.

Spread on each side of pineapple.

Grill pineapple 4-5" from medium coals for 5-10 minutes (or on medium heat on George Foreman grill), gurning once, until sugar mixture melts and pineapple is heated and tender. Don’t overcook.

Top each slice with a small scoop of sherbet and serve immediately.
