Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Mix together. Add 1 can drained blueberries if desired. May substitute other fruit.

  2. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
