Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions

Mix together. Add 1 can drained blueberries if desired. May substitute other fruit.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
