Ingredients
- 2 2/3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.

**Cake batter is runny, so chocolate chips tend to fall to the bottom of the pan. I’ve tried to counteract this by adding the chocolate chips after the cake has begun to bake, but I usually forget until the cake is at least halfway done. Stymied. One of my favorites in spite of this.
