Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. shredded cheese
- 1/3 tsp. paprika
- pepper to taste
- tomato slices
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan melt butter; add onion. Blend in flour, then milk. Cook and stir until thick and smooth. Add salt, pepper, and cheese.

Mix sauce with macaroni. Sprinkle with paprika; then top with tomato slices.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Or just eat it.
