Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/3 tsp. paprika
  • pepper to taste
  • tomato slices

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan melt butter; add onion. Blend in flour, then milk. Cook and stir until thick and smooth. Add salt, pepper, and cheese.

  3. Mix sauce with macaroni. Sprinkle with paprika; then top with tomato slices.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Or just eat it.
