Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce + 1 can water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

Trim meat to finger lengths, about 1/4 inch thick and 1/2 inch wide.

Mix tomato sauce, water, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Dip meat in tomato sauce mixture, then roll in flour.

Sauté on both sides in skillet in cooking oil for 2-3 minutes to desired doneness and serve.
