Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. builk sausage
- 9 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- green peppers, diced
- mushrooms, sliced
- onions, chopped
Directions

Brown and drain sausage.

Layer bread and sausage in a 9×13 pan; top with cheese and other vegetables.

Mix eggs, mustard, milk, and salt. Pour over casserole.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
