Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 jars of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 5 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions

  1. at oven to 350. Brown ground beef in with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain. Add onions and saute until translucent. Cook spaghetti, drain, and set aside. Lower heat under beef and add sauce, simmer for 20 mins. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and onions in a bowl and mix until smooth. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with pam. Put spaghetti on bottom. Pour sour cream mixture over spaghetti, then cover with beef/sauce mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake covered for 25 mins, then 5 minutes uncovered.
