Spring Ramen Salad

Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 package chicken sesame ramen noodles
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/6 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup red and/or green seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup red and/or green apples, diced
- 1/4 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoon chives or green onions
- 4 ounces smoked turkey breast, cut in strips
- 1/8 cup walnut pieces
Directions

Cook noodles and drain.

Rinse with cold water.

Add sesame oil (in package); refrigerate.

For dressing combine lemon juice, salad oil, seasoning packet, and sugar.

Combine noodles, grapes, chives and turkey.

Mix with dressing and walnuts.
