Spring Ramen Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken sesame ramen noodles
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/6 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup red and/or green seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup red and/or green apples, diced
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chives or green onions
  • 4 ounces smoked turkey breast, cut in strips
  • 1/8 cup walnut pieces

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.

  2. Rinse with cold water.

  3. Add sesame oil (in package); refrigerate.

  4. For dressing combine lemon juice, salad oil, seasoning packet, and sugar.

  5. Combine noodles, grapes, chives and turkey.

  6. Mix with dressing and walnuts.
