Stracciatella

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Bring 3 cups of stock to a boil over medium-high height in 6-8 cup saucepan. Best stock wtih eggs, cheese, nutmeg, and parsely until well-blended.

  2. When stock is boiling, adjust heat. Sitr occasionally. Cook 2-3 minutes.

  3. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
