Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups confectioner's sugar
• 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 egg white

Directions

1. Sieve together confectioner’s sugar and cream of tartar.

2. Add egg white, beat at high speed until very stiff (in humid weather, may need to add more confectioner’s sugar).
