Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup chicken stock or broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chives, fresh, chopped
Directions

In a heavy skillet, over medium heat, simmer chicken stock for 10 minutes.

Reduce liquid by one third.

Add heavy cream and simmer for 1 minute over low heat.

Add Dijon Mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and chives and continue to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes more.

Serve immediately.
