Ritz Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed cooked white meat chicken (par boil about 15 minutes, cool, & cube)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp poppy seed (or use celery seed instead)
- 1 cup cracker crumbs (Ritz)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions

In a bowl, combine sour cream, soup and poppy seed. Stir in chicken.

Pour into a greased 8×8×2″ baking dish.

Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.

Bake uncovered at 350° for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
