Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/8 cups half and half
  • shredded cheese (approx 2 cups)
  • 1-2 cups filling of your choice (ham, bacon, veggies, etc)

Directions

  1. Bake pie shell @ 450° F. until light brown.

  2. Spread filling evenly in bottom of pie shell. Fill shell to top with shredded cheese. Beat half & half and eggs until well blended. Pour into shell. Bake at 325° F for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
