Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/8 cups half and half
- shredded cheese (approx 2 cups)
- 1-2 cups filling of your choice (ham, bacon, veggies, etc)
Directions

Bake pie shell @ 450° F. until light brown.

Spread filling evenly in bottom of pie shell. Fill shell to top with shredded cheese. Beat half & half and eggs until well blended. Pour into shell. Bake at 325° F for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
