Fried Rice

Apologies to anyone else trying to follow this — it’s more of a general plan than a recipe.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 4-6 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/2 - 1 lb of cooked meat or tofu
- 1-2 eggs
- Various vegetables, sliced/chopped
- Good choices include:
- Carrots, Onions, Celery, Green Beans,
- Bok Choy, Peapods
- Soy sauce
- Hot sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger
Directions

In a large pan or wok over high heat, one at a time (removing previously cooked foods in between)

Cook the meat

Cook the eggs

Stir fry the vegetables

Add rice and sauces

Add back in all pre-cooked foods and heat through.
