Ingredients
- 3 cup water
- 2-3 TBS of sugar
- 3 packages of yeast or 3/4 of a yeast cake or 2TBS and 1tsp of Yeast
- 9 eggs
- 1.5 cup oil
- 1.5- 2.25 cup sugar
- 1(1/2) TBS salt
- 15 cups whole wheat flour--"ljus & milt" ( 1 1.5-kg bag + 5 cups)

t rise, braid, rise again and bake for 1/2 hour at 350.

The longer you let it rise the lighter it is. At least an hour.
