Ingredients
- 1 to 1-1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans ready to use beef broth (14.5 oz each)
- 1 8-oz pkg elbow macaroni
- 1 Tbl paprika
- 1 Tbl garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions

In a soup pot, brown meat with onion over high heat, stirring to break up the meat. Add the broth, macaroni, & seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to medium high, cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
